Users, roles & multi-location

Invite your team, assign roles and manage several operatories or doctors from a single dashboard.

Your clinic works as a team. Invite your staff and give them the right role so each person sees and does what they should.

Invite users

Open Users (or Team) in your dashboard.
Click New user and enter their name and email.
Assign a role and save. The person will sign in with their own username.

Roles

Roles define permissions (for example, front desk books and handles messages; an admin sees finance and settings). Assign the minimum role each person needs.

Multi-location

On the Clinic plan you can manage several operatories and doctors from a single dashboard: each appointment is assigned to its operatory and doctor, and reports are consolidated. See Operatories & hours.

Recommendations

Create one user per person (don't share accounts); that keeps history and security clear.
Enable two-step verification on accounts with access to sensitive data.
