Two-step verification, backups, per-clinic isolation and how to export or delete your data.
Your clinic's and your patients' information is protected. Here are the measures and what you can control.
Two-step verification (2FA)
Enable 2FA so that, on top of the password, a code from your authenticator app is required at sign-in. Recommended for accounts with access to finance or patient data.
- Open your profile or Security in the dashboard.
- Enable two-step verification and scan the code with your app (for example, Google Authenticator).
- Store the backup codes somewhere safe.
Per-clinic isolation
Each clinic has its own isolated database. One clinic's data is never mixed with another's.
Backups
Periodic backups of your information are made to protect you against the unexpected.
Your data is yours
- You can export your clinic's information.
- On cancellation, data is kept for a grace period and then deleted.

Best practices
- Use unique passwords and 2FA.
- Give each person their own user and the minimum role.
- Sign out on shared computers.
