Personalize automatic messages (confirmations, reminders, reviews) with your clinic's tone.
Templates are the texts your clinic sends automatically: appointment confirmations, reminders, review requests and campaigns. Personalizing them makes every message sound like your clinic.
Where they're used
- Confirmation when booking an appointment.
- Reminder before the appointment — see Reminders.
- Review request after a visit — see Google reviews.
- Campaigns for reactivation — see Campaigns & reactivation.
Edit a template
- Open Templates (or Messages) in your dashboard.
- Pick the template you want to adjust.
- Change the text. You can use variables such as the patient name, the date and the time of the appointment.
- Save.
Best practices
- Be clear and brief; on WhatsApp, short works best.
- Include a clear action ("confirm by replying YES", "book here").
- Keep your clinic's name visible to build trust.
Note: some clinic-initiated messages use WhatsApp approved templates. If a template doesn't show up, check that it's approved in your account.
