Connect your WhatsApp

The bot uses Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. To enable it:

Go to Channels in your dashboard.
Follow the wizard to connect your clinic's WhatsApp.
Confirm the number and save.

The AI bot is available on the Pro and Clinic plans, with a monthly number of AI conversations depending on the plan. See Plans & billing.

It's off by default

For safety, the AI agent ships disabled until you connect and turn it on. You decide when to switch it on.
