Do I need technical skills to use it?
No. systemdental.app is built for dentists and front-desk staff, not IT people. You sign up, connect your WhatsApp and you're set. If you have questions, we help you with the initial setup.
Does it work with my current WhatsApp number?
Yes. The bot answers on your clinic's WhatsApp number, so your patients keep writing to the same contact as always. We guide you through the connection step by step.
Is the AI bot on from the start?
No. The AI agent ships off by default. It's enabled when you connect WhatsApp and turn it on yourself, on the Pro and Clinic plans.
Is my data and my patients' data safe?
Yes. Your information travels encrypted and each clinic has its own isolated database. We handle personal data in line with applicable data-protection law.
Do I have to sign a lock-in?
No lock-in. It's a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. You start with 15 free days, no card.
What happens when the 15-day trial ends?
You choose a plan to continue. If you don't activate a plan, access is paused but your data stays safe; you can reactivate anytime.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can move up or down a plan anytime from the subscription section. Limits (operatories, AI conversations) adjust to your current plan.
Can I use it across several locations?
Yes, on the Clinic plan you manage several operatories and doctors from a single dashboard, with consolidated reports.
