Income

Payments from appointments and payment plans are recorded as income automatically when you mark them as paid. You can also record manual income.

Expenses

Capture your clinic's costs (supplies, rent, salaries, lab, etc.) to get the full picture. Categorize them to understand where the money goes.

Income statement

With income and expenses up to date, you see your income statement: the period's profit. Useful for decisions and for your accounting.

Reports

Review your numbers by period and spot trends (strong months, most profitable treatments, etc.). The Clinic plan includes advanced reports.

Tip

Record expenses as they happen; that habit is what makes the income statement reliable. Combine it with your payments to see real profitability.
