Odontogram
Record each patient's dental status visually and keep their clinical history.
The odontogram is the patient's dental map: it lets you visually record the state of each tooth and the treatments done or planned.
How to use it
- Open the patient's record.
- Go to the Odontogram tab.
- Select a tooth and mark its status or treatment (caries, restoration, extraction, crown, etc.).
- Save. Changes are kept in the patient's clinical history.
What it's for
- See the full oral status at a glance during each visit.
- Document treatment progress between appointments.
- Help build quotes based on what the patient needs.
Tip
Update the odontogram during the same visit, while you work. That way the record always reflects reality and quotes come together faster.
