Choose who to target (for example, inactive patients, or those who didn't show for their last appointment).
Use or personalize the message template.
Send. Those who reply can book straight away with the bot.

Cleaning recall: to those overdue for a cleaning in 6 months.
Win back no-shows: to those who missed, to reschedule.
Pending treatments: to those with an approved quote they haven't finished.
