Operatories & hours

So the calendar and the bot only offer valid slots, define your operatories and service hours.

Operatories

An operatory is a room or chair where patients are seen. Each appointment is assigned to an operatory to avoid scheduling clashes.

The number of operatories available depends on your plan:

Service hours

Set the days and times your clinic is open. The calendar and the bot will only offer appointments within those hours.

1. Go to Operations or Settings → Operatories/Hours.
2. Set the hours per day (for example, Mon–Fri 9:00–19:00, Sat 9:00–14:00).
3. Save. The bot limits its availability to what you saved, without exceeding your plan's limit.

Note

If you reduce operatories when changing plans, the system respects the lower of what you have saved and the new plan's limit.
