Create your account & first steps

Sign up, start your 15-day trial and set up the essentials of your clinic on day one.

Getting your clinic up and running takes a few minutes. No card required to start.

1. Create your account

Go to systemdental.app and click Start free. Enter your clinic name, your name, email and a password. Accept the Terms and Privacy Notice, and you're set: your clinic is created with a 15-day free trial.

2. Sign in

From Sign in, log in with your username and password. If you enabled two-step verification, it will ask for a 6-digit code (see Security & data).

3. Set up the essentials

On day one it's worth having ready:

  1. Your clinic details (display name, logo, hours) — see Clinic settings.
  2. Operatories and hours of service — see Operatories & hours.
  3. Your team: invite users and assign a role — see Users & locations.

So the AI Agent can answer and book on its own, connect your clinic's WhatsApp. See WhatsApp AI Agent.
