Patients & records

Each patient has a single record with their details, appointment history, treatments, quotes and payments. No more searching in several places.

Add a patient

1. Open Patients → New patient.
2. Enter name, phone/WhatsApp, email and any details you need.
3. Save. You can also create a patient on the fly from a new appointment.

The phone number is key: it enables reminders and WhatsApp messages.

What's in the record

• Contact details and source (how they arrived: WhatsApp, Meta Ads, referral…).
• Appointment history and attendance.
• Odontogram and clinical notes — see Odontogram.
• Clinical notes with vital signs, tooth and electronic signature — see Consents & compliance.
• Prescriptions — see Prescriptions.
• Informed consents — see Consents & compliance (NOM-004).
• Quotes and payment plans — see Quotes & payment plans.
• Payments and balance for the patient.

Import patients

If you're coming from another system, you can upload your patient list so you don't start from scratch. Email us at [email protected] if you need help with a large import.

Inactive patients

Patients who haven't been back in a while can be won back with reactivation campaigns.
