Build quotes for the patient's treatments and, once approved, turn them into a payment plan with monthly installments. Everything stays linked to their record.

Create a quote

1. Open the patient's record.
2. Go to Quotes → New.
3. Add the treatments and their prices (you can lean on the odontogram).
4. Save. The patient can see the total and you stay in control.

From quote to payment plan

When the patient accepts, approve the quote and generate installments instantly: set the number of payments and the dates. Each payment is recorded for follow-up.

Payment tracking

• Mark each installment as paid when you receive the payment.
• The patient's balance updates automatically.
• Income is reflected in Finance.

Tip

Present the quote the same day as the visit, while the patient is decided. A clear payment plan increases treatment acceptance.
